Post-Publication Discussion

Jurnal Media Hukum Universitas Tompotika Luwuk encourages constructive academic discussion and scholarly exchange concerning articles published in the journal. The journal recognizes that post-publication discussion is an important part of maintaining the quality, credibility, transparency, and integrity of legal scholarship.

Readers, researchers, authors, and other members of the academic community are welcome to submit substantive comments, critical responses, corrections, or scholarly opinions regarding published articles, provided that their contributions are evidence-based, relevant to the subject matter, professionally presented, and respectful of academic standards.

All submissions for post-publication discussion will be evaluated by the editorial team to determine their relevance, academic merit, originality, and compliance with the journal's publication ethics policies. Where necessary, the editor may invite the original author to respond to the comments or criticisms raised. The original author will be given a fair opportunity to provide a reasoned response, which may be considered for publication in accordance with the journal's editorial procedures.

If a post-publication discussion identifies potential errors, inaccuracies, ethical concerns, or research misconduct in a published article, the journal will assess the matter objectively and take appropriate action in accordance with its publication ethics policies and recognized publication ethics standards. Such actions may include publishing a correction, an expression of concern, or a retraction, where warranted.

All post-publication discussions must be conducted in a professional, evidence-based, and respectful manner. Personal attacks, defamatory statements, unsupported allegations, and comments unrelated to the scholarly content of the article will not be accepted.
